Mat-Valley Soccer Club 2023 Player Registration

All players must be registered with MVSC before they can play.
We must receive and confirm your registration with your $25 payment, your player liability waiver,
and any other requirements, such as Safe Sport or Under 18 version of waiver,
before you can be cleared and placed on a roster.
